I WANT TO BE LIKE HIM....
WELCOME HOME! I MUST WORK THE WORKS OF HIM THAT SENT ME, WHILE IT IS DAY: THE NIGHT COMETH WHEN NO MAN CAN WORK! John 9:4
I was one of eleven children. My parents were poor and barely able to feed and shelter us. Now, as a Mother myself, I can imagine what my Mother went through raising eleven children. I remember searching for my Mom and finding her hidden away a good distance from the house. I could barely hear her voice and I followed the sound of her voice. I could hear her crying out to God, so troubled and burdened. I stood outside the little ole abandoned log house and listened as she prayed. Another time I came home from church and she was off to herself in a corner in the house and again she was crying out to God. Her load was heavy.
In my younger years of life at home, there were lots of good times and some bad times too. The teachings my parents gave me was the most valuable thing they could have given me for the rest of my life has been based on those teachings. My Mother made sure I was in church every time the door was opened. The life she lived before me was of the virtuous woman I read about in Proverbs.
